About the Role

Digitron is seeking an experienced Service Operations Lead to oversee the delivery and performance of support services for Electronic Security and ELV systems across multiple client locations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing service teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and field service management who enjoy coordinating technical teams and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day\-to\-day service operations for security and ELV projects.
• Schedule preventive maintenance activities and service visits.
• Guide field technicians and engineers during troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Track open service requests and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate manpower deployment across client sites.
• Review service quality and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare operational reports, service records, and client updates.
• Support onboarding and training of technical staff when required.
• Maintain effective communication with customers regarding service status and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, safety requirements, and service commitments.

Desired Qualifications

• Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic security systems, ELV solutions, or technical service operations.
• Experience supervising field service teams is preferred.
