• *Job Description**

We are looking for a **ServiceNow Analyst** to support and maintain the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and day\-to\-day platform support.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Support and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Assist in platform configuration and customization
• Create reports, dashboards, and catalog items
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions
• Coordinate with developers and business users

• *Required Skills**

• **1–3 years of ServiceNow experience**
• **CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification – Mandatory**
• Good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow configuration and JavaScript
• **Telecom domain experience is preferred**
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills

• *Education**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
