Job Description

ServiceNow IRM Architect (Lead role)

Experience: 6\+ years

Lead end\-to\-end configuration of ServiceNow IRM for IT control automation across 42 controls spanning IAM, ITF, ITP, ITR, MON and SDLM domains
Design and implement indicator tasks, attestations and Smart Assessments for Phase 1 and Phase 2 controls
Define integration architecture between ServiceNow IRM and external systems (OneIdentity, CyberArk, Rubrik, Azure Sentinel)
Align solution design to ECB regulatory requirements and ASN Bank's existing IRM framework and CMDB structure
Act as primary technical interface with ASN Bank's CRO team and ServiceNow platform owners

Provide technical governance across Phase 1–3 delivery and review developer output

Key skills: ServiceNow IRM/GRC, Policy \& Compliance module, Indicator tasks, Smart Assessments, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Performance Analytics, CMDB \& Service Mapping, IT risk \& controls, ECB/DORA regulations

Pay: ₹120,000\.00 \- ₹1,300,000\.00 per year
