We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalable, best\-practice solutions across modules.

• *Key Responsibilities:*** Own the technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC/IRM and SPM as required.
• Lead requirement workshops with clients and convert business needs into platform designs.
• Define coding standards, governance, instance strategy and best practices.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and third\-party tools.
• Oversee CMDB design, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Guide and review the work of developers; support estimation and pre\-sales activities.

Plan platform upgrades, performance tuning and instance health checks.

• *Required Skills:*** 5\+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years as a technical or solution architect.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM and at least one other module (ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies.
• Hands\-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal and Workspace.
• Strong understanding of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

Excellent client\-facing and communication skills.

• *Good to Have:*** ServiceNow CTA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM) and CSA certifications.
• Experience with Now Assist / Generative AI features and App Engine.
• Exposure to ITIL v4 processes and agile delivery.
