We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with \~6–9 years of relevant experience to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for SmartApps.
A ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves customizing applications, building workflows, integrating systems, and ensuring the platform meets business needs aligned to planned roadmap functionality to support the development of Smart Apps.
- *Roles \& Responsibilities:**
- **Development and configuration** : Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (CSM or FSO), workflows, and catalog items. This includes setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
- **Integration** : Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third\-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- **Customization** : Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.
- **Data management** : Manage data imports, exports, and transformations, and ensure data integrity.
- **Troubleshooting and support** : Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, and conduct regression testing.
- **Documentation** : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. (must have)
- ServiceNow development experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) or Financial Services Operations (FSO) REQUIRED.
- Knowledge and/or micro\-certification in at least one of the following:
+ Playbooks
+ Flow Designer
+ Now Assist / AI
+ Platform Analytics
+ Predictive Intelligence
+ Service Portal
+ Catalog Items
+ Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (preferred).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with UI/React development
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.
