We are seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Developer** with strong expertise in **ITSM** and hands\-on experience in at least one additional ServiceNow module (**ITOM, ITAM, GRC/IRM, CSM, or FSM**). The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross\-functional teams.
Key Skills \& Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows
Strong experience in **ITSM** and one additional ServiceNow module
Hands\-on expertise in **JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer**
Build and support **REST/SOAP integrations**
Configure catalog items, UI policies, and automation workflows
Work with **CMDB**, platform architecture, and best practices
Support testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment
Required Qualifications
7–10 years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong communication and problem\-solving skills
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow **CSA**
ServiceNow **CAD**
Module\-specific certifications (preferred)
