• *CTC:** **Up to** **₹17 LPA**

• *Key Skills:**

• Proficiency in ITSM Modules
• ServiceNow IT HAM \& SAM
• ITAM Professional / Enterprise
• CMDB, Discovery \& Service Mapping
• JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules
• Flow Designer, Client Scripts \& Script Includes
• Asset Lifecycle Management
• Integrations with SCCM, Intune, JAMF \& Active Directory
• Software Licensing \& Compliance
• Agile / Scrum

• *Preferred Certifications:**

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• CIS – Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• CIS – Software Asset Management (SAM)

• *Bonus Skills:**

• ITAM Health Dashboard \& Content Service
• Cloud Asset Management (AWS, Azure, GCP)
