ServiceNow Developer - ITOM

### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a **ServiceNow Developer** with strong hands\-on experience in **ITOM** to develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and customize ServiceNow **ITOM** solutions.
• Hands\-on experience with **Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB**.
• Configure **Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer and Workflows**.
• Develop integrations using **REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub**.
• Work on CMDB data quality, relationships, and CI management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

### **Required Skills**

• 3\+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in **ServiceNow ITOM**.
• Good knowledge of **Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and Event Management**.
• Strong **JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting** skills.
• Experience with integrations and APIs.
• ServiceNow **CSA/CAD/CIS** certification is a plus.
