About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications while working on international projects in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
• Work on modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM based on business needs
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Workflows/Flow Designer
• Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Support platform upgrades and enhancements
• Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Maintain technical documentation and follow best development practices

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands\-on experience in ServiceNow development
• BTech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, ECE or related field
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow data model
• Experience with Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change Management
• Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred

• ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification
• CIS – ITSM / HRSD / CSM (Highly desirable)
• Experience working in agile / sprint\-based delivery models

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
