ServiceNow HRSD Architect

We are looking for a seasoned **ServiceNow HRSD Architect** to lead the design and implementation of Human Resource Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HRSD modules, strong consulting skills, and the ability to align HR processes with digital transformation initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of **ServiceNow HRSD solutions**
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to digitize and optimize HR processes
• Design and implement modules such as:
• HR Case Management
• Employee Service Center (ESC)
• Knowledge Management
• Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Transfers)
• Document Management
• Define **HRSD data models, security (COE), and access controls**
• Ensure compliance with **data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.)**
• Drive integration with third\-party systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
• Conduct requirement workshops and solution demos
• Support **pre\-sales, estimations, and solutioning activities**

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 10\+ years of IT experience with **4\+ years in ServiceNow HRSD**
• Strong expertise in:
• HRSD architecture and implementation
• ServiceNow platform capabilities (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, etc.)
• Case and Knowledge Management
• Experience in **HR system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)**
• Understanding of **HR processes and employee lifecycle**
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• *Certifications (Preferred)**

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS\-HR)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) (optional)

• *Good to Have**

• Experience with **Workday / SAP SuccessFactors integration**
• Knowledge of **CSDM and enterprise architecture frameworks**
• Exposure to **Virtual Agent / AI\-powered HR services**
• Experience in **multi\-country HR compliance and localization**
