*Your key responsibilities**
Shape and support the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and shared goals
Oversee platform design standards, helping teams collaborate and maintain consistent, inclusive and effective solutions
Support solution design reviews, guiding data models and integration approaches to ensure strong, dependable outcomes
Coordinate integration design across systems, ensuring secure, scalable and connected workflows that support business needs
Strengthen platform resilience by supporting performance, security and operational continuity requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to support innovation, automation and continuous improvement across the platform
Lead **end\-to\-end ServiceNow implementation** , from requirements through to deployment and hypercare
Translate business requirements into **high\-quality technical designs and implementable solutions**
Drive **hands\-on configuration, development, and integration** across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, etc.)
Own and govern **solution delivery quality** , ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices
Lead **integration implementation** using APIs, events, and enterprise integration patterns
*Your skills and experience**
Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in large, complex environments
Strong hands\-on expertise across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, integrations)
Deep understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, and scripting
Experience implementing integrations using REST APIs and event\-driven architectures
Strong knowledge of data modelling, CMDB/CSDM, and platform design principles
Experience working in regulated environments (banking/financial services preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead delivery while remaining hands\-on technically
Strong problem\-solving skills with ability to drive issues to resolution
