• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior SecOps Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations modules including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence, and enterprise\-level ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable SecOps solutions, integrating third\-party security tools, automating security workflows, and supporting enterprise cybersecurity operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Security Operations solutions
• Lead development and enhancement activities for Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance
• Configure and customize workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs
• Develop and support integrations with security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, and Splunk
• Collaborate with SOC, Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to streamline incident and vulnerability remediation processes
• Configure CMDB mappings, CI relationships, service mappings, and data normalization
• Build REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Servers
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, SLA tracking, and operational metrics
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, technical estimations, and deployment planning
• Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, optimization, and implementation of best practices
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership during project execution

• *Required Skills**

• 9\+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
• 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in ServiceNow Security Operations
• Strong expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Strong hands\-on experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, and CSDM
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and ServiceNow scripting/customization
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management and security incident lifecycle
• Experience with ACLs, business rules, script includes, scheduled jobs, notifications, and Service Catalog development
• Good knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills

• *Preferred Certifications**

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• CIS – Security Incident Response (SIR)
• CIS – Vulnerability Response (VR)

• Experience with IRM/GRC modules
