- *Position Summary**
This role requires a deep technical expert who can partner with business leaders, PMO organizations, enterprise architects, and platform teams to transform business requirements into ServiceNow Platform solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in **ServiceNow** platform architecture, integrations, governance, workflow automation, reporting, and analytics. They will serve as a trusted advisor responsible for defining best practices, driving platform innovation, mentoring development teams, and ensuring scalable, high\-performing solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
This role combines hands\-on development, solution architecture, governance leadership, and business transformation responsibilities.
- *Key Responsibilities****Development \& Configuration**
- Design, configure, and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions utilizing:
- + Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs, Service Catalog, Integration Hub, Workspace Experiences
- Design, configure, and Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
- Develop and support REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event\-driven integrations.
- *Platform Excellence \& Operational Oversight**
- Monitor platform health, scalability, and performance.
- Lead platform upgrades, releases, and patch management activities.
- Conduct platform performance audits and remediation initiatives.
- Support security assessments and audit compliance activities.
- Ensure platform solutions meet enterprise availability, resilience, and security requirements.
- *Leadership \& Mentoring**
- Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow development teams.
- Mentor developers, administrators, business analysts, and solution architects.
- Lead design workshops, architecture reviews, and code review sessions.
- Manage delivery quality for internal and external development partners.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.
- *Required Qualifications**
- *Experience**
- 8\+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
- Experience leading enterprise\-scale ServiceNow transformations for global organizations.
- Proven success delivering multiple end\-to\-end ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders, PMOs, and enterprise architecture teams.
