ServiceNow SPM Architect

We are seeking a seasoned **ServiceNow SPM Architect** to lead enterprise\-scale SPM implementations, define solution architecture, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy and governance frameworks.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Solution Architecture \& Strategy**

• Lead end\-to\-end SPM architecture design.
• Define enterprise portfolio structure, governance framework, and data model.
• Conduct design workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
• Translate business strategy into SPM capability roadmap.

• *Implementation Leadership**

• Oversee solution build, integration, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and functional consultants.
• Ensure architectural alignment with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules.
• Drive financial planning and capital investment alignment.

• *Governance \& Best Practices**

• Establish platform governance standards.
• Ensure scalability, compliance, and security controls.
• Define KPIs, reporting strategy, and executive dashboards.

• *Stakeholder Management**

• Engage with C\-level executives, PMO leaders, and finance stakeholders.
• Present architectural designs and solution roadmaps.
• Lead steering committee meetings when required.

• *Required Experience**

• 8\+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 4\+ years of SPM implementation leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise\-scale SPM programs.
• Strong understanding of financial governance \& portfolio optimization.

• *Certifications**

• CSA – Mandatory
• CIS\-SPM – Mandatory
• CTA – Highly Preferred
