• *Role Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Technical Architect** to define and drive the end\-to\-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, delivering scalable, secure, and future\-ready solutions aligned with enterprise standards and strategic roadmaps.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture and long\-term roadmap.
• Design scalable solutions across **ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery**.
• Lead CMDB architecture, including CI models, class structures, and relationship frameworks.
• Architect and manage integrations using **Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers**.
• Oversee advanced platform customizations, including:
• Flows
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• UI Policies
• Client Scripts
• Design and implement **ServiceNow Discovery** and **Service Mapping** solutions.
• Ensure **CMDB** data quality through governance, normalization, reconciliation, and audits.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
