Job Description

Assures release quality before go\-live. One generic profile covers all six towers — ITOM is the only squad where a specific literacy add\-on is genuinely useful, not a full named specialism.

Key Responsibilities

• Design test plans and test cases against acceptance criteria
• Author and maintain ServiceNow ATF automation
• Coordinate regression testing and UAT
• Triage and manage defects through to resolution
• Maintain test evidence for audit and acceptance sign\-off
• Feed quality risks and patterns back into squad retrospectives

Required\\Mandatory Skills \& Experience

• ServiceNow ATF experience
• Test management tooling experience
• Balance of manual and automated testing skills
• Ability to write clear, evidence\-based defect reports

Desired \\Good to have Skills

• Basic infrastructure/network literacy — useful to sanity\-check ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping results, not just UI\-level ATF flows

• Experience testing AI\-assisted or agentic workflows, including exception and failure\-path scenarios
