Support reporting, analytics, and program management activities that help drive business operations and decision\-making. The Services Specialist, Data Preparation and Reporting role focuses on preparing data, maintaining reporting outputs, and enabling consistent visibility into key metrics and program progress. This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work across reporting and PMO activities in a structured environment.

As a Services Specialist, Data Preparation and Reporting on the Reporting and PMO team, you will be responsible for…

• Prepare, validate, and organize data for recurring and ad hoc reporting needs
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers used for business and program oversight
• Support program management activities, including status tracking, action logging, and reporting updates
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect inputs, resolve data issues, and ensure reporting accuracy
• Document reporting processes, maintain version control, and support continuous process improvement

• *Qualifications**

Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3\+ years of experience in reporting, data preparation, program management office support, or analytics operations
• Experience preparing, validating, and reconciling datasets in Microsoft Excel
• Experience creating recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, or trackers
• Experience maintaining documentation for reporting processes, templates, or standard operating procedures
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders to collect reporting inputs and track deliverables

Preferred

• Experience supporting program management office activities
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple reporting sources
• Experience with status reporting, issue tracking, and action item management
• Experience in a shared services or business operations environment
