### **Position Title \- SH Mines Operations (Drilling)**

• *Qualification:** BE / Diploma in Mining Engineering

• *Experience Required:** 7 Years

• *Required Skill:** First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency (FCC)

### **Job Description**

• Supervise overall mining operations to achieve targeted production and desired quality as per the mine plan.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for machinery deployment and ensure safe and efficient mining operations.
• Assist in mine development activities, including creation of faces, roads, and benches, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate excavation operations and support implementation of the overall mine development plan.
• Monitor and take corrective actions in HEMM operations and crushing activities to optimize mining productivity and cost efficiency.
• Ensure safe operation of mining equipment during shifts and maintain statutory compliance.
• Implement and sustain management systems such as ISO, IMS, OHSAS, SA 8000, and WCM through employee involvement and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, HEMM permissions, Safety Management Plans, EC conditions, and timely updating of statutory records.
