Job Description

\-Top User of IMOS \- Shipping Software by Veson.

Create \& Develop various reports to in\-house users.
Read and understand Shipping Contracts and issue Laytime calculations accordingly.
Generate periodical reports about the shipping activities
Settle accounting with Ship Owners in accordance with the contractual terms
Manage interfaces between IMOS \& SAP systems
Support Veslink users (Chartering \& Operation team)

Strong data analysis skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Deep knowledge of Excel program – (formulas, pivots, etc)

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to details

Proactively identifies and solves problems to increase efficiency.

Must be able to provide technical support

Academic degree in business / Science – Shipping related – Advantage

Fluent in English (read / write / speak)
