• *Job Objective:**

Manage and grow HerbsPro’s paid advertising and e\-commerce operations across its international Shopify stores. The role combines hands\-on management of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) with end\-to\-end Shopify store administration. The objective is to increase profitable sales, maintain accurate product and store data, improve the customer shopping experience and ensure smooth day\-to\-day e\-commerce operations.

• *Required Skills \& Experience:**

· 3–6 years of hands\-on experience in e\-commerce operations and paid advertising.

· Strong practical experience with Google Ads, especially Performance Max, Shopping and Search.

· Working experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), including Shopping campaigns.

· Strong Shopify Admin knowledge and experience managing product catalogs and store operations.

· Good understanding of Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Merchant Center and product feeds.

· Knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager and advertising analytics.

· Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.

· Strong attention to detail, problem\-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Good written and verbal communication and cross\-team coordination skills.

• *Preferred Experience**

· Experience with international e\-commerce stores serving the USA and Canada.

· Experience in vitamins, supplements, health and wellness products.

· Experience managing large Shopify catalogs (10,000\+ SKUs).

· Knowledge of Shopify apps, metafields, product feeds and basic theme administration.

· Understanding of shipping, refunds, discounts, product margins and e\-commerce unit economics.

· Knowledge of MAP pricing and Google / Microsoft advertising policy compliance.
