Shopify Developer

We’re looking for a **skilled and motivated Shopify Developer** with **3–4 years of experience** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in **Shopify theme customization**, **API integrations**, backend implementations using Node.js/Vue.js/Typescript, a nd **custom app development** with a good balance of **backend and frontend development** skills.

• *Backend Development Responsibilities**

• Develop server\-side logic using **Node.js**, , Typescript, etc.
• Work with **Shopify Admin \& Storefront APIs** (REST \& GraphQL).
• Implement and manage **OAuth authentication**, **webhooks**, and **background jobs**.
• Integrate **third\-party services** (e.g., CRM, ERP, payment gateways).
• Ensure backend security and performance.
• Use deployment tools and services like **Heroku**, **Vercel**, or **AWS**.
• Maintain Git\-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable backend code.

• *Frontend Development Responsibilities**

• Create responsive, user\-friendly interfaces using **Liquid**, **Polaris**, **HTML/CSS**, and **React.js**.
• Customize and maintain **Shopify themes** to align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX best practices.
• Ensure cross\-browser and mobile compatibility.
• Maintain frontend performance and accessibility standards.

• *Shopify App Development Responsibilities**

• Build and maintain custom **Shopify apps** (public and private).
• Ensure apps meet **Shopify App Store requirements** and follow security best practices.
• Stay up to date with **Shopify platform updates**, tooling, and development guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and QA to deliver high\-quality, merchant\-focused features.
• Write technical documentation for internal and external users.

• *Skills \& Qualifications:**

• 3\-4 years of experience in **Shopify development**.
• Proficient in **Node.js**, **React.js**, **Vue.js** **\& Liquid**.
• Strong knowledge of **Shopify APIs (REST \& GraphQL)**.
• Experience with **Shopify CLI**, **Git**, and **CI/CD tools**.
• Familiarity with **OAuth**, **webhooks**, and **third\-party API integrations**.
• Understanding of hosting platforms like **AWS**, **Heroku**, or **Vercel** (preferred).
• Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments**.
