The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, handling billing operations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service who can represent the Doodad brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options.
• Drive showroom sales by effectively engaging with customers and promoting products.
• Handle billing, invoicing, cash transactions, and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain proper sales records, billing documents, and daily transaction reports.
• Ensure products are displayed neatly and the showroom is clean, organized, and attractive.
• Check product availability and coordinate with the team regarding stock requirements.
• Handle customer queries professionally and assist with resolving complaints.
