Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor jewellery sales, stock, and inventory.
• Maintain showroom display, presentation, and staff grooming.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with head office.

Pay: From ₹100,000\.00 per month
