Job Summary

Sri Krishna Nagai Maligai is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Showroom Manager to manage daily showroom operations, drive jewellery sales, lead the sales team, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve showroom performance.
• Manage, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets.
• Monitor daily sales, customer footfall, conversion rates, and employee productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Supervise jewellery stock management, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper product display, showroom cleanliness, grooming, and discipline.
• Monitor billing procedures, daily reports, and showroom closing activities.
• Promote gold jewellery, silver jewellery, savings schemes, and customer loyalty.
• Coordinate with HR, accounts, stock, and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Education:** Any degree preferred.
• **Experience:** 5–7 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management; jewellery industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer\-handling skills.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Knowledge of inventory control, billing, and daily sales reporting.
• Tamil communication skills required; additional languages are an advantage.
