We are looking for experienced and dynamic **Showroom Managers** to join our team at the following locations:

• *Position:** Showroom Manager

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• **Age:** 35–45 years
• **Experience:** Minimum 7\+ years of relevant experience in showroom management, preferably in the **jewellery or retail industry.**
• **Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day\-to\-day showroom operations efficiently.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the showroom team.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and overall store performance.
• Ensure showroom discipline, visual presentation, and operational standards.
• Prepare sales reports and implement strategies to improve business growth.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
• Excellent customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of inventory control and showroom operations.
• Good communication, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities.
