Showroom Sales Executive

Pollination – The Decor World is a premium décor and lifestyle store offering a wide range of home décor products, artificial plants and flowers, planters and accessories. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer\-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our growing team in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting suitable décor products.

Provide product information and recommendations.

Generate bills using billing software and maintain sales records.

Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.

Support inventory management and showroom maintenance.

Work with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.

Basic communication ability in English.

Experience in showroom sales or retail sales is preferred.

Knowledge of billing software and billing procedures.

Basic understanding of accounting and cash handling.

Customer\-friendly attitude and professional appearance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate

1–3 years of experience in retail/showroom sales.

Interest in home décor or lifestyle products.

Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
