• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Site Engineer with 3–8 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation, commissioning, supervision, and coordination of water treatment plant projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise and manage day\-to\-day site activities for water treatment and wastewater treatment projects.
• Execute installation of mechanical equipment such as pumps, blowers, valves, piping, filters, pressure vessels, and dosing systems.
• Ensure installation and execution work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources for smooth project execution.
• Read and interpret P\&ID, GA drawings, mechanical layouts, and equipment installation drawings.
• Supervise mechanical erection, piping fabrication, alignment, and equipment installation.
• Assist in testing, pre\-commissioning, commissioning, and troubleshooting of water treatment plants.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and project requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, material requirements, and work completion reports.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely resolution.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies**

• Good knowledge of water treatment and wastewater treatment processes.
• Experience in installation and commissioning of STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, and filtration systems.
• Strong understanding of pumps, motors, piping, valves, and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in site execution, contractor management, and manpower supervision.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites whenever required.

• *Educational Qualification**

\- B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).

• *Experience Requirements**

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or related EPC projects.
• Hands\-on experience in site execution, mechanical installation, and commissioning will be preferred.

• *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

• Timely completion of site activities.
• Quality of mechanical installation and execution.
• Adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Safety compliance at project sites.
• Successful testing and commissioning of equipment.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
