Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated **Civil Site Engineer** for our building construction project in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day\-to\-day building construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, supervisors, and other project team members.
• Check measurements, levels, alignment, and dimensions of construction work.
• Monitor concrete pouring, shuttering, reinforcement, blockwork, plastering, and other civil works.
• Ensure materials are used efficiently and avoid unnecessary wastage.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer and Project Manager to ensure timely completion of work.
• Identify and report site issues and technical problems.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and site safety regulations.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil building construction.
• Experience in site supervision and execution of building works is preferred.
• Candidates with UAE or GCC experience will be an advantage.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of building construction activities.
• Ability to read and understand civil engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, blockwork, and finishing works.
• Good site supervision and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site workers and subcontractors.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
