Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a disciplined and technically strong Site Supervisor with hands\-on experience in site execution, manpower handling, material coordination, and contractor management. Candidates with relevant construction site supervision experience only should apply.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise daily site execution activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and project timelines.
• Manage and monitor contractors, labour teams, and subcontractors at site.
• Coordinate material planning, stock monitoring, and site material consumption.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance scheduling of machinery and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
• Enforce site safety procedures, toolbox talks, and accident prevention practices.
• Maintain daily attendance records, DPR reports, and site progress updates.
• Read and interpret civil drawings, BOQ, and execution plans accurately.
• Monitor productivity and take corrective actions to improve site efficiency.
• Train and guide junior staff and labour teams on execution standards.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
