• *About the Role**

Meravilla Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and technically sound **Civil Site Engineer** to join our new project at **Kasara**.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising day\-to\-day construction activities, coordinating with contractors and labour teams, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards and project timelines.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in **real estate / residential / villa construction** and should be comfortable working at a project site.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise and monitor day\-to\-day civil construction activities at the Kasara project site.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved **architectural and structural drawings**.
• Supervise activities such as **RCC, excavation, foundation, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting and other finishing works**.
• Read, understand and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, supervisors and labour teams.
• Monitor daily manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of labour.
• Check the quality of construction work and materials being used at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction or technical issues.
• Take measurements and verify executed quantities for work progress and contractor billing.
• Monitor material requirements, delivery and consumption at the site.
• Maintain proper records of materials, manpower and daily construction activities.
• Prepare and submit **Daily Progress Reports (DPR)** and regular site updates to the reporting manager.
• Track project progress against the planned schedule and immediately highlight delays or issues.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and project management teams for technical clarifications.
• Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping and discipline.
• Ensure workers and contractors follow required safety practices and use appropriate PPE.
• Identify and resolve site\-level technical issues in coordination with senior management.
• Ensure work is completed within the required **quality, cost and timeline parameters**.
• Support the Project Manager / Construction Head in smooth execution of the project.

• *Required Qualification**

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in **Civil Engineering**.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in **Civil Construction / Real Estate / Residential Projects**.
• Candidates with experience in **villa / bungalow / residential construction** will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of RCC, foundation, masonry and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
• Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office**.
• Good communication and contractor coordination skills.
• Strong practical knowledge of site execution and construction materials.
• Good problem\-solving and decision\-making ability.
• Candidate should be willing to work **full\-time at the Kasara project site**.

• *Preferred Candidate**

• Experience in real estate development or residential construction.
• Experience handling contractors and labour teams independently.
• Candidates who can **join immediately or within a short notice period** will be preferred.
• Candidates from **Mumbai / Thane / Kalyan / Kasara / Igatpuri / nearby areas** will be preferred, subject to their ability to commute or relocate to the project site.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
