Site Engineer (Civil)

• **Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance**
• **Technical Support**:
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure work is carried out correctly.
• Provide technical advice to construction workers and subcontractors as needed.
• Assist with site surveys, measurements, and other technical activities.
• **Coordination and Communication**:
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on site progress.
• Prepare daily reports and assist with project documentation.
• **Problem Solving**:
• Identify and resolve minor technical issues that arise on\-site.
• Assist in resolving any construction\-related disputes or conflicts in coordination with senior engineers and project managers.
• **Material and Equipment Management**:
• Assist in managing the supply and delivery of materials and ensure they are used effectively.
• Oversee the proper usage and maintenance of site equipment and tools.

**Requirements**

* **Educational Qualification**

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• **Experience**:
• 0\-2 year of experience in a construction or engineering role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• **Skills**:
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
