About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Site Engineer** to manage and oversee day\-to\-day construction site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Site Execution \& Supervision

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Quality check \& maintain at site.
• Taking quantity for requirement at site.
• Sub\-Contractor Billing
• Technical co\-ordination with concern persons.

Reporting \& Documentation

• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Daily Labour Reports (DLR) to the Head Office.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **Microsoft Excel**.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Qualifications

• *Option 1:**

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience

• *OR**

• *Option 2:**

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience

Requirements

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Valid two\-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
• Own two\-wheeler preferred for site travel.
• Candidates currently residing in Kerala are preferred.
