Site Engineer

Core Responsibilities1\. Technical Execution \& Planning

• Read and analyze architectural drawings, structural plans, sections, and elevations.
• Oversee daily construction activities performed by workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Manage the delivery and allocation of materials, equipment, and workforce.
• Monitor daily work against master schedules and record progress in **Daily Progress Reports** .
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (such as OSHA or local guidelines) and mandate proper use of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**.
• Coordinate with local authorities, municipal inspectors, and utility boards to maintain legal compliance.
• Liaise regularly with project managers, architects, quantity surveyors, and clients.
• Troubleshoot on\-site technical discrepancies or delays immediately with design consultants.
• **Record Keeping:** Maintain site diaries, material stock logs, variation orders, and as\-built documentation.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
