• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage day\-to\-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Check line, level, alignment, and measurements before execution.
• Conduct quality inspections for RCC, masonry, finishing, and other civil works.
• Verify material quality and maintain material consumption records.
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), site logs, and measurement sheets.
• Estimate quantities and verify bills submitted by contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Resolve technical issues at the site and report critical concerns to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Maintain project documentation, including work permits, inspection reports, and checklists.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of IS Codes and construction standards.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with quantity estimation and billing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is an added advantage.
• Understanding of quality assurance (QA/QC) and safety practices.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
