Job Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, and completing work according to approved drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Check material requirements and maintain proper utilization.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for resolution.

Qualifications \& Experience

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and quality control.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely completion of assigned construction activities.
• Quality of work and compliance with specifications.
• Effective material and labour utilization.
• Adherence to site safety standards.
• Accuracy of site reports and documentation.

Reporting To: Project Manager / Projects Head

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
