Site Engineer

To oversee and manage the day\-to\-day site activities, ensure timely execution of work as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Site Execution \& Monitoring**
• Supervise and manage all on\-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure the timely completion of scheduled tasks.
• **Quality Control**
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures on site.
• Coordinate with the QC team to ensure timely checks and approvals.
• Ensure rectification of any defects or deviations from specifications.
• **Planning \& Coordination**
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to resolve technical issues.
• Plan and allocate work to site supervisors and labor teams.
• **Documentation \& Reporting**
• Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material logs, manpower reports, and inspection records.
• Prepare reports on work progress and submit to the Project Manager.
• Maintain proper documentation for inspections and approvals.
• **Safety \& Compliance**
• Ensure implementation of health and safety protocols on site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site staff.
• Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances related to construction.
• **Resource Management**
• Monitor and manage the usage of materials, tools, and labor to prevent wastage.
• Raise material requirements in advance and coordinate with the procurement team.

**Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–9 years of experience in residential, commercial, or mixed\-use real estate construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and quality/safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

**Preferred Attributes**

• Experience with high\-rise or luxury residential projects.
• Exposure to modern construction practices and techniques.
