• *Salary Budget:** ₹75,000–₹85,000 per month

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Site Operations Head to oversee overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and manpower management. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and experience in managing industrial manufacturing operations independently, ensuring production targets, product quality, operational efficiency, and safety standards.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Production Management:** Oversee day\-to\-day plant operations, achieve production targets, optimize productivity, and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
• **Manpower Management:** Plan and allocate manpower, manage shift operations, monitor workforce performance, and maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor.
• **Maintenance Management:** Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and ensure machine availability.
• **Quality Management:** Monitor product quality, process parameters, and compliance with customer specifications and established quality standards.
• **Operational Excellence:** Monitor machine performance, production losses, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operating costs.
• **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Safety, and Management teams to ensure smooth plant functioning.
• **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure adherence to safety procedures, PPE requirements, 5S practices, and applicable statutory and operational standards.
• **Reporting and Performance Monitoring:** Prepare daily production reports, review operational performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• **Overall Site Management:** Independently manage site\-level activities, resolve operational challenges, and ensure achievement of business and operational objectives.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• *Experience:** Minimum 8\+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, plant operations, production, or maintenance.

• *Preferred Industry Background:**

• FRP / ARP manufacturing
• Pultrusion and composite manufacturing
• Cable manufacturing
• Glass fibre manufacturing
• Plastic extrusion and polymer processing

• *Educational Qualification:** Engineering Degree, B.Sc., or Diploma in a relevant discipline.

• *Functional Expertise:**

• Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, maintenance, and quality control.
• Experience in manpower planning, shift management, and shop\-floor operations.
• Ability to analyze production performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to independently handle overall plant operations and coordinate effectively with management.
