Site In-charge (Diploma Electrical)

EHV Engineers is a Class\-A electrical contractor (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified) that builds and maintains 220 kV and 400 kV substations, power transformers and battery storage plants across Rajasthan. We need a Site In\-charge to lead day\-to\-day execution at our project sites at Phalodi, Gajner and Fatehgarh (head office Bikaner). Food and accommodation are provided at site.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work and deploy crews, tools and machinery
• Execute erection, cabling and terminations as per drawings, BOQ and method statements
• Coordinate with client, EPC and OEM engineers and attend site meetings
• Check incoming material against the BOQ and keep stock records
• Maintain quality and safety together with the safety officer
• Send daily progress reports and prepare joint measurement records (JMR) for billing
• Support pre\-commissioning tests and energisation

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of site execution on EHV/HV substations, solar plants or BESS
• Able to read single\-line diagrams, layouts and cable schedules
• Experience leading a crew of fitters and electricians
• Comfortable with Excel and WhatsApp/email reporting
• Willing to stay at project sites in western Rajasthan
