Site Operations Manager

• *Role Description** The Site Operations Manager is a full\-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work\-from\-home tasks. This role oversees daily operations at client sites, ensuring that data center and mission\-critical infrastructure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating installation and maintenance activities, supervising technical teams, monitoring site performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations. The Site Operations Manager will interface with clients to understand requirements, address operational issues, and provide status updates, while collaborating with internal engineering, project management, and service teams. The role also involves implementing process improvements, managing vendors, supporting audits, and ensuring documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.

• *Qualifications**

• Strong background in site or facility operations, preferably in Electrical, power, HVAC, or mission\-critical infrastructure.
• Experience in coordinating installation, maintenance, and AMC activities, with solid project planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead on\-site teams, manage vendors and contractors, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Proficiency in monitoring operational KPIs, troubleshooting technical issues in coordination with engineering teams, and implementing process improvements.
• Effective stakeholder communication skills, including client interaction, reporting, and cross\-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data centers, electrical systems, and HVAC; experience with ISO\-compliant environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model.
• Work location would be Bangalore managing multiple site operations.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
