  • *About the Role**

We are looking for a **Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)** to join our Technology team in APAC region. This role is ideal for candidates with **3\+ years industry experience** , including at least **1 year in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering** .

You will work closely with senior engineers and our SRE team to **maintain and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems** , while developing your skills in cloud, automation, and production operations.

This is a **hands\-on role** where you will gain exposure to modern SRE practices and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • -----------------------
  • *Operational Support \& Reliability**
  • Assist in **maintaining the reliability and performance** of critical systems, applications, including in\-house developed platforms.
  • Participate in **incident response** , supporting resolution and documenting learnings.
  • Help define and monitor **Service Level Objectives (SLOs)** and reliability metrics.
  • Perform **deployments** into production \& non\-production hosted environments.
  • Help define and establish **Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)** for newly created environments and platforms under support.
  • *Automation \& Tooling**
  • Contribute to building tools and automation that **reduce manual work and improve observability** .
  • Support infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices.
  • *Collaboration \& Learning**
  • Work closely with senior SREs and engineering teams to **implement reliability\-focused solutions** .
  • Participate in **post\-incident reviews** and contribute suggestions for improvement.
  • Develop expertise in cloud, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure\-as\-code.
  • *On\-Call \& Support**
  • Participate in an **on\-call roster** under supervision to gain experience handling production incidents.
  • *What We’re Looking For**

  • *Experience \& Expertise**
  • **3\+ years total industry support and engineering experience** , with at least **1 year in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering role** .
  • Familiarity with operational concepts, incident management, and monitoring/observability practices.
  • Hands\-on experience with cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • *Technical Skills**
  • Cloud platforms: **AWS or Azure.** Exposure in working with **private cloud** or hybrid environments is a bonus.
  • Linux \& Windows server administration
  • Containers: **Docker** ; basic **Kubernetes** exposure
  • Infrastructure\-as\-Code: **Terraform and Ansible**
  • CI/CD tooling: GitHub, Octopus Deploy, or equivalent
  • Scripting: **Linux shell, PowerShell**
  • Observability: **Site 24x7** , **Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana** (or similar)
  • Networking fundamentals: firewalls, security groups
  • *Behaviors \& Mindset**
  • Curious and eager to learn modern SRE practices.
  • Good problem\-solving skills and ability to **work independently with guidance** .
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to participate in on\-call rotations and learn incident response best practices.
