Site Supervisor (Civil)

Manage all on\-site activities, including supervision of construction, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Interpret and review construction plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

Monitor project progress and quality control to ensure workmanship meets the highest standards.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and material procurement records.

Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams and subcontractors as needed.
