The Site Supervisor (Civil) is responsible for overseeing day\-to\-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers to deliver quality construction within the planned timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Read, interpret, and work from **AutoCAD drawings** and construction plans.
• Verify site dimensions and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and Subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Inspect completed work and identify defects or deviations.
• Resolve on\-site technical issues and report major concerns to management.
• Assist in quantity verification and material reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• **2–5 years of experience** in civil construction/site supervision.

Technical Skills

• **Proficiency in AutoCAD** (2D drawings, layouts, and reading construction plans).
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
