Site Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee daily operations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate staff, materials, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and coordinate on\-site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Schedule and oversee subcontractors and tradespeople.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on\-site.

• *Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹21,500\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
