Job Summary

Sethia Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day\-to\-day construction activities at residential, redevelopment, and SRA project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to project schedules, safety compliance, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Verify material usage and monitor site resources effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and identify construction\-related issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Ensure proper manpower deployment and productivity at site.
• Monitor RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and other construction activities.
• Assist in quantity verification and material reconciliation.
• Report project status, delays, and site concerns to management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in residential high\-rise, redevelopment, or SRA projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site management.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Mumbai redevelopment and SRA projects.
• Knowledge of safety practices and construction standards.
• Experience working with real estate developers/builders.

Pay: ₹10,078\.07 \- ₹50,359\.11 per month
