Role Summary

Looking for a Sr. Sitecore role to drive development and delivery of AI\-enabled digital experience solutions. The role involves leading offshore teams, defining architecture, and ensuring scalable, high\-performance implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sitecore (XP/XM/Headless) development and delivery

Define architecture and ensure best practices (Helix, modular design)

Collaborate with onshore teams, UX, QA, and DevOps

Drive AI\-based personalization and content experience initiatives

Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality

Must\-Have Skills

Strong experience in Sitecore (XP/XM, Headless/SXA)

Expertise in .NET / C\# / ASP.NET MVC

Experience with Sitecore JSS / Headless architecture

Exposure to Azure \& CI/CD pipelines

Hands\-on experience in integrations (APIs, third\-party systems)

Good to Have

Experience with AI\-driven personalization / recommendations

Exposure to React / Next.js

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400,000\.00 \- ₹3,400,000\.00 per year
