SmartComm developer

We are seeking a hands\-on SmartCOMM Developer with strong experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise correspondence solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SmartCOMM architecture, data mapping, template development, and system integrations, with the ability to independently analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high\-quality correspondence solutions in a fast\-paced environment.

This role requires a self\-sufficient developer who can quickly understand existing implementations, make enhancements with minimal supervision, and effectively communicate with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Experience

8\+ years of hands\-on core SmartCOMM development experience. All 8\+ years should be SmartCOMM

Experience with SmartCOMM Hybrid Architecture

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM correspondence solutions

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs

Build and modify templates, forms, and correspondence packages

Create and maintain data models and mapping rules

Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production validation

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and business users

Participate in deployment activities across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments

Estimate development effort and provide technical recommendations

Be comfortable analyzing Jira tickets, XML payloads, and data maps without extensive guidance

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Be confident working directly with client stakeholders

Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and problem\-solving skills
