The Physical Security Systems SME \& Trainer will serve as the technical authority and knowledge leader for physical security solutions within IBMS environments. This role combines subject matter expertise with training responsibilities, ensuring that both internal teams and external stakeholders are equipped with the skills and knowledge to operate, maintain, and optimize physical security systems. The SME \& Trainer will design training programs, deliver workshops, and provide technical guidance on system integration, compliance, and best practices.
- **Subject Matter Expertise**: Act as the primary technical advisor for physical security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and IBMS integration.
- **Training Program Development**: Design and deliver structured training modules for engineers, operators, and facility managers.
- **Knowledge Transfer**: Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands\-on sessions to build organizational capability.
- **System Integration Guidance**: Provide expertise on integrating physical security systems with HVAC, lighting, and fire safety.
- **Compliance \& Standards**: Ensure training and system operations align with ISO 27001, OSHA, and local regulatory requirements.
- **Documentation \& Curriculum**: Develop manuals, SOPs, and e\-learning content for ongoing knowledge retention.
- **Mentorship**: Guide junior engineers and technicians in career development and technical proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/IT.
- 7–10 years of experience in physical security systems within IBMS Industry.
- Proven experience in training delivery and curriculum development.
- Certifications: PSP (Physical Security Professional), CCNA (Networking), or vendor\-specific credentials (Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls).

- **Technical Expertise**: Deep knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and IBMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
- **Training Delivery**: Strong presentation, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
- **Networking Knowledge**: TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls for secure system connectivity.
- **Project Management**: Ability to lead training rollouts and support system deployments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
