SOC Analyst

We don't build just one product. At Thea IT Solutions, we're constantly exploring ideas, building new products and spinning up ventures across different industries. As our product ecosystem grows, so does the need to build security into everything we do.

We're looking for a SOC Analyst who wants to be part of building that security foundation. You'll work across multiple products, applications and cloud infrastructure, taking ownership of monitoring, threat detection and incident response.

• *What You'll Work On**

Monitor security events, alerts and logs across our products and infrastructure.

Investigate suspicious activities and potential security incidents.

Work with SIEM tools and threat detection systems.

Monitor AWS infrastructure and identify security risks.

Handle initial incident investigation, response and escalation.

Identify security gaps and work with engineering teams on remediation.

Build and maintain security monitoring and incident documentation.

• *What We're Looking For**

• 2–4 years of experience in security operations.
• Good understanding of networking, Linux and Windows.
• Hands\-on experience with SIEM tools such as Wazuh, Splunk or ELK.
• Familiarity with AWS security services.
• Understanding of incident response and threat detection.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT\&CK is a plus.

Someone who takes ownership, investigates independently and isn't afraid to figure things out.

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹550,000\.00 per year
