Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager to manage social media accounts, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong client communication. The ideal candidate should have expertise in social media execution, posting, monitoring, reporting, strategy implementation, and production management.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute and manage day\-to\-day social media activities across client accounts

· Handle content posting, scheduling, monitoring, and optimization across platforms

· Track account performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

· Execute social media strategies as per client goals

· Coordinate with internal creative and production teams for timely deliverables

· Manage production workflow to ensure quality and deadlines are met

· Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for smooth communication

· Monitor account performance and recommend improvements

· Ensure effective team coordination and task management

· Maintain strong client coordination and account servicing standards

Required Skills \& Qualifications

· 3\+ years of experience in social media account management

· Strong communication skills in Telugu and English

· Hands\-on experience in social media execution, posting, monitoring, and reporting

· Understanding of social media strategy and campaign execution

· Experience in production management and team liaisoning

· Client\-focused mindset with excellent coordination skills.
