At Bismath.com, we are looking for an experienced **Social Media \& AI Coordinator** to manage social media content for premium B2B businesses and support editorial work for international websites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media management, editorial coordination, AI\-assisted content improvement, and prompt development for clients in the UK, USA, and Australia.

- *LOCATION:** Remote — 100% Work from Home
- *PAY:** Rs. 45,000–50,000 per month
- *TRIAL:** 20\-hour paid performance trial
- *JOB TYPE:** Full\-time Permanent, subject to successful trial completion
- *WORKING HOURS:** 6:30 am IST onwards — Australia Shift
- *START DATE:** Immediate
- *REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** 3–5 years in social media, content marketing or a related role
- *WORKING DAYS:** Monday–Friday/Saturday
- *REPORTS TO:** CEO — Sydney, Australia based
- *REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS**: Candidates must have their own laptop/computer and Internet.
- *Must\-Have Attributes**
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, content marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
- Impeccable spoken and written English with excellent grammar, vocabulary and professional communication skills.
- Manager\-level maturity with the ability to take ownership of clients, projects and deadlines.
- Proven experience managing social media content for B2B businesses or professional brands.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
- Practical experience using AI tools for research, ideation, editing, content improvement and workflow optimisation.
- Proven ability to create, test and refine AI prompts to generate more accurate and useful output.
- Ability to review AI\-generated content for accuracy, originality, tone, structure and brand alignment.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading, research and editorial skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to create and execute content calendars and social media strategies.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement and current social media trends.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal team members.
- Self\-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.

- *Main Tasks Include**
- Managing social media content for premium B2B businesses.
- Developing monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Writing and editing social media posts, captions, promotional copy and thought\-leadership content.
- Scheduling and publishing approved content across relevant platforms.
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all client accounts.
- Conducting audience, competitor, market and industry research.
- Coordinating editorial work for international websites.
- Editing and proofreading articles, website pages and marketing materials.
- Using authorised AI tools to improve research, content quality and production efficiency.
- Creating, testing and refining prompts for different clients and content requirements.
- Reviewing and improving all AI\-assisted output before submission.
- Monitoring content performance and recommending improvements.
- Coordinating with writers, editors, designers and other team members.
- Managing client communications and responding professionally to feedback.
- Supporting email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities when required.
- Completing management and ad hoc responsibilities appropriate to the seniority of the position.

- *Paid Trial Process**
Shortlisted candidates will complete a **20\-hour paid trial** to evaluate their actual performance before being offered a full\-time position.
